You Asked, We Bottled: Snowjito and Golden Hour Are Here to Stay
A year ago, The Still Bar launched with a simple idea: Michigan-forward, zero-proof cocktails so everyone is included in our state’s craft beverage scene. One year later, we're celebrating that anniversary the only way that felt right, by growing the lineup.
Say hello to Snowjito and Golden Hour, our newest core flavors, now bottled and ready for your glass. Both started as limited-run monthly specials during our first year, and both became member favorites fast. We're making them permanent because you asked us to.
Snowjito
A cool, layered take on a classic, this was hands-down our members’ favorite of the year, and the most-requested drink we’ve ever made. Vanilla-infused zero-proof tequila meets chocolate mint and a bright hit of lime. The chocolate mint comes from our friends at Gateway Farm in Plymouth, grown just down the road from us. It's warm and cold at the same time, the kind of drink that feels like the first snow after a long fall.
Golden Hour
Another member favorite, Golden Hour is our honey-lavender whiskey sour, built for the slow part of the evening when the light turns amber and nobody's in a rush. This marks the nationwide debut of our zero-proof whiskey! It’s gently floral, a little smoky, balanced with just enough citrus to keep it from being too sweet.
Why now
These aren't limited drops. Snowjito and Golden Hour are joining your favorites, like the Dry Hopped Paloma and the rest of the core menu, as permanent additions, bringing our year-round lineup to five flavors. Both flavors earned their spot the honest way, as specials our members kept asking for again and again. We’re thrilled to bring them to everyone in year two.
Getting your hands on them
Regulars Club members got first access on August 17, with both flavors already available as selectable options in their August member delivery.
General public preorders opened August 21, timed to arrive for Labor Day weekend. If you want bottles in hand for the holiday, be sure to pre-order by August 28 so shipping has time to catch up with your plans.
You'll also find both flavors debuting in person at the farmers market stand this week, first pours before first bottles.
