Snowjito (Non-Alcoholic)

We built Snowjito around organic chocolate mint (Mentha × piperita f. citrata 'Chocolate'), a hybrid mint variety grown locally by our friends at Gateway Farm. It's a beautiful, unique herb that takes center stage in this fan-favorite drink.

Real chocolate mint leaves and lime meet our nonalcoholic tequila infused with vanilla bean in this special blend. The mint keeps it crisp with subtle notes of chocolate lingering just underneath, while the lime cuts clean through the middle. It's the seasonal flavor our regulars most asked for year-round, so we finally bottled it for good.

Serving suggestion:

Shake well and pour over ice. A sugared rim offers a nice added touch. Refrigerate after opening.
